FAQ

Your Questions Answered

Q.  Will this work for me?

A.  When you read the testimonials you will see that this program has helped

people just like you.  Your results are our #1 priority.

Q.  Why would this program work when others have failed me?

 A.  Most systems fail because of a rigid cookie-cutter approach.  They try to fit all people into one plan.  We individualize the program according to your needs, personality and lifestyle.

Q.  I have seen those hypnotists in shows making people cluck like chickens and do strange things. Will you make me do something weird in hypnosis?

A.  Stage hypnotists seem to make people do outrageous things. The truth is the stage hypnotists choose their subjects very carefully and have willing participants.  The subjects  want to be entertaining and have fun by acting silly.  You will never do anything, or accept a suggestion that violates your morals or values.

Q. What exactly is hypnosis?

A. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention.  You go into a trance state when you become deeply engrossed in watching a movie, reading a book or working on a project. If someone tries to talk to you at those times you have to “pull” yourself out of what you were doing to refocus your attention to the outside world.  Repetitive activities such as jogging, driving, ironing may also put you into trance.  You do not fall asleep or do anything against your will.  You are in complete control and can terminate hypnosis anytime you wish.  Hypnosis is completely safe, and most people report a feeling of relaxation and peacefulness.

Q.  Will I have to eat boring food or go on a restrictive diet?

A.  Not unless you consider vegetables, fruits, grains, fish, chicken and meat boring.   The program is compatible with any lifestyle. There are no expensive special foods to buy.  Everything you need is available at your grocery store.

Q.  Can anyone be hypnotized?

A.  Anyone of normal intelligence can be hypnotized since it is a learned behavior, and you get better and better at it as you practice.  Some people don’t think they are hypnotized but after a session they notice some changes in the areas on which they have focused.  Sometimes the changes are subtle; sometimes they are profound.  Sometimes they occur that day; other times they take a week or so.  For instance, they may crave vegetables or fruits and find greasy foods distasteful.  Or they may feel a strong desire to exercise every day.

Q.  What if I don’t know if I am receptive to being hypnotized?

A.  If you feel you are resistant, or have a need to prove hypnosis won’t work, then it may not work for you.  If you relax, let yourself experience the process using all your senses, and put yourself in a setting where you will not have interruptions, you can choose to get the result you desire.  You don’t need to be in a deep trance to create a positive effect, you just need to be willing.  You already know how to be frustrated about the problem.  So let yourself discover what it is like to resolve it effortlessly.
